ATE was founded in 1985, with a wealth of experience in the field.
Automatic testing of boards fitted with electronic components was born in the 1960s. Measuring instrument manufacturers were quick to invest in this new market, offering automatic test equipment controlled by small computers.
In the 1980s, these techniques became widespread across all production units and subcontractors.
It has become an essential tool for measuring the quality of electronic manufacturing.
