In-Situ Testing
What is it?
In-situ (In-circuit) testing is a method of testing all the components on a board.
It guarantees a level of quality compatible with electronic products that support personal safety in areas such as transport and health.
We have perfected this technique, adapting various software programs to optimize results and reduce production costs.

The database
Necessary elements.
It all starts with the construction of a database to bring together all the elements needed to manufacture the board, i.e. the schematic, the bill of materials and the file from the computer-aided design software.
Our solutions
After using our own software tools, we now have several solutions for gathering all this information in the test tip placement software.
One possibility is the use of TestWay, particularly for companies that use it at manufacturing unit level.
